Reservation Policies
Deposits
The deposit for your hotel reservation is 50% of the total cost of your stay after taxes. A minimum of 1 night deposit is required. Visa, American Express and Mastercard are happily accepted.
Cancellations
Standard Cancellation Policy: A reservation must be canceled 14 days prior to arrival to receive a full refund. Cancellation inside the 14 days policy is non-refundable, we will issue you a hotel credit for a future stay. Hotel Credit has a year validity. Holidays and Special Events: A reservation must be canceled 30 days prior to arrival to receive a full refund.
I am sorry for this policy coming across so formal. But this area must be in BLACK & WHITE. The gray areas cause problems and confusions.
Smoking Policy: Eden House is a completely nonsmoking property including all rooms and all outdoor spaces. Guests found smoking in rooms will be charged a $500 fine and asked to leave immediately and not return to the hotel. Please be aware fires are abundant in California and we do not want to add to the risk.
