CHECK-IN: Check in is after 2:00 pm. Please call to make alternate arrangements if you will be later than 5 pm. CHECK-OUT: Please check out prior to 11:00 am

RATES: Rates are quoted per night based on one or two person occupancy and include breakfast & afternoon snacks. Bed and sales taxes will be added to all rates. Rates subject to availability chart.

RESERVATIONS: These must be secured with a major credit card or check. Cash, checks, traveler's cheques, Master Card, Visa & Discover are gladly accepted. If emailing or faxing in your reservation, please wait for us to confirm your reservation before making final plans. If you do not hear from us within 24 hours, please call us.

CANCELLATION POLICY: A non-refundable $20.00 cancellation fee is applied to all reservations. If your plans change and you must cancel any of your reserved nights, we require 7 days advance notice for a refund. On shorter notice, you will be charged for the nights we are unable to rent your room.

CHILDREN: Children over 10 years of age are most welcome in the Vis A Vis Suite & Studio.

PETS: Pets cannot be accommodated in the B&B, however we can arrange close by facilities.

SMOKING: Carriage Vineyards B&B does not allow smoking inside its facilities.
